Generational Healing Prayer

In the Name of Christ Consciousness,
in the name of our sacred Earth that registered the footsteps of my Lineage,
I (state your name) modestly ask the benedictions of the Divine Light
and manifestations of eternal love from every vibration of the Cosmic Mind,
to travel down to the roots of my genealogic tree,
as a balm of forgiveness and absolution.

May this blessing be bestowed upon my ancestors,
releasing, curing  and healing old wounds, old patterns and compulsive behaviors
transmuting, purifying and alchemizing
all the negative aspects of their actions 
 into luminous Light.

I volunteer today to be their voice,
as we acknowledge our shortcoming and faulty attitudes,
we release into your eternal source,
with the vibration of Christ-consciousness,
all the negativity from all the generations that came before me,
and we all are integrated, perfected and restored
to the original beauty that we were always meant to be and represent.

affinché riconosciamo le nostre carenze e gli atteggiamenti errati,
e rilasciamo nella tua fonte eterna,
con la vibrazione della coscienza di Cristo,
tutta la negatività di tutte le generazioni che sono venute prima di me,
e tutti noi siamo integrati, perfezionati
e ripristinati alla bellezza originale
che dovevamo essere e rappresentare.

Divine Creator of All, Father, Mother and ONE.

We (my ancestors and I) acknowledge our deeds and our faults, in thoughts, words, actions and omissions; we ask for the gift of self-forgiveness, self- acceptance, and the granting of Pardon from those we have hurt, mistaken and forgotten. May they know that we sincerely ask for forgiveness and exoneration of these emotional Karmic residues.

May this plea clean, purify, liberate and cut all the bad attachments, cords and relieve us all of vows and contracts that no longer serve us on the path of self- realization.

May all this debris, residue, and remains; and its manifestations as blockages, negative vibrations and heavy feelings be released and dissolved in pure Light. May this be done in according the Divine Will and be so decreed through the Universes, timelines, and different dimensions and frequencies.

We are truly sorry; we are all one inside of the Divine Light. We are love. Please forgive all of us.

Noi (i miei antenati ed io) riconosciamo le nostre azioni e le nostre colpe, 
nei pensieri, nelle parole, nelle azioni e nelle omissioni;
 chiediamo il dono di auto-perdono, auto-accettazione 
e la concessione del perdono da coloro che abbiamo ferito, scambiato e dimenticato. 
Che loro sappiano che noi chiediamo sinceramente il perdono e l'esonero di questi residui karmici emotivi.

Possa questo motivo purificare, purificare, liberare 
e tagliare tutti i cattivi attaccamenti, cordoni
 e liberarci tutti i voti e i contratti che non ci servono più
 sulla via dell'autorealizzazione.


Possano tutti questi detriti, residui e resti 
e le loro manifestazioni come blocchi, vibrazioni negative
 e sentimenti pesanti venire rilasciati e dissolti nella pura Luce. 
Possa questo essere fatto secondo la Divina Volontà 
ed essere così decretato attraverso gli Universi, 
le linee temporali e le diverse dimensioni e frequenze.

Hoponopono

Our Ancestors are the living beings that came to existence in the period before us, and through the sacred breath of their lives, gave us the dawn of our way of life among the constant weaving of Souls of the Earth through the millennia of time.

It is not always possible to have an inventory made of what were the negative aspects that were imprinted in our life script on account of their influence; but with awareness, we can greatly facilitate the release of that Karmic debris, which is highly charged with negative emotions, and prevent the continuation of this energy to the next generations. Much of the time, we tend to repeat patterns and compulsive behaviors that we are not really aware of how they originated. Without recollection of it, we cannot prevent their recurrences because they are karmic in nature.

Here are some of the recommended prayers that can start the Healing of 

your generational tree and release their energetic baggage out of your life and the life of your decendents.

H'oponopono Prayer

To practice Ho'oponopono is to keep the energy simple, to clear all negativity through the understanding that everything that is presented in our lives is manifested to us to be Healed by us.

Ho'oponopono means “to make it right, to correct”. 

We cannot find anything more appropriate to help Heal our lineage.

The "Keep It Simple" philosophy of the

Ho'oponopono Technique makes it attainable for everyone. It only takes some diligence to remember to repeat the magnetic phrases to move yourself into alignment with all of the good your Soul has lined up for you. The four key phrases are I Love You, I'm Sorry, Please Forgive Me and Thank You.

You are repeating these four phrases continuously to yourself, not to anyone else, not to God or the Divine, but to yourself as a means of giving permission to the Divine to erase those thought patterns. This creates a cleansing of the old memories which try to reapply as experiences in our life. Once we are free from these old replaying memories, we are open and better able to clearing receive inspired thoughts given to us from the Divine.

When we act from inspiration instead of memories, the synchronicity and magic just flows, and live becomes alive!

 “The parent/child connection manifests as one link in a long chain of ancestral karma that stretches back through time.  Your link to your family allows you to be born into that specific line – it is a link that needs to be understood and respected.  In this modern scientific age it is very difficult for people to accept the fact that they are responsible to their ancestors, that they are actually liable for the actions of their ancestors if the resulting karma has not yet been dissolved.  Many find it absurd to think that the actions of an unknown ancestor could possibly have anything to do with what is happening to them today.  But time and time again when investigating someone’s karma, I find problems that stretch back generations.  Their spirit is not just an individual entity, it is also part of the family spirit that births and nurtures it.”

ANCESTRAL HEALING

 

I offer light and pour libation with respect and honor for all my ancestors whose names I know (say all the names that you know) and all the ones I don’t know to uplift and liberate their soul(s) in the name and light of the Almighty God.  For it is through the love, the will, and the power of God that all souls are saved.

I offer prayer and protection by way of the Divine Creator for those ancestral souls and spirits that are in darkness, forgotten, or lost.  Let the light I offer fade out the shadows of fear and guide them toward the arms of God and to a higher cause.

I offer guidance to my ancestors and spirits by way of the Guardian Angels and Protective Spirits who by the power and order of God will assist them in their greater act of evolution.  Let the light I offer be a “beacon of hope” and serve as an escape and protective shield from the shadows of despair.

I offer love, compassion, and comfort to those ancestral souls and spirits that are suffering and depressed.  Let the light I offer lead them from discord and the miseries of their souls to the sanctuary of God and the joys of heavenly bliss.

I offer healing by way of the Supreme Being on all spiritual levels for those ancestors and spirits who were abused, afflicted, deceived, enslaved, hated, lonely, misguided, neglected, oppressed, pained, saddened, traumatized, and died tragically.  Let the light I offer to their souls inspire clemency, liberation, faith, love and harmony from today onward.

I offer forgiveness to the ancestral souls and spirits that want to repent, sincerely, for the error of their ways in both realms of life and death.  Let this light guide them to the truth, enlightenment and righteousness of God.

In addition, I forgive those ancestors and spirits that committed wrongs that have set their generational line “us that are living” in barrenness.  And I forgive those ancestors whose past sins I’ve had to suffer as a result of their own naivety, ignorance and inferior habits and traits.  Let the light I offer serve as a reminder for us in the living to acknowledge and learn not to make the same mistakes as the ones who lived before us.

In every way, I forgive those ancestors and spirits who need it most so that their souls will embrace in positive gratification a new and improved way of living in the spirit realm and that those souls will elevate in peace and awaken to eternal life as God promised.

In the name of God and through his mercy and blessings, let today be the beginning of a continual healing process for all my ancestral guides and release of all blocked and negative genetic energy patterns within the generational line steadily healing each family member including myself day-by-day.  As you, the Ancestors heal on the other side, we ask that you forgive us as you have been forgiven and help us to heal with free flowing positive and progressive energy for the better well-being of all concerned.

In God’s name we pray and may the Light, Power, and Peace of God be with us always.  And so it was spoken and so it will be!
